Ophthalmic Surgeries

Ophthalmic surgery also known as optical surgery is performed in the eye to treat a complaint or a disease by an ophthalmologist. There are numerous types of eye surgeries which comprises of corrective surgery which is done to correct or treat a complaint. Phacoemulsification is a cataract surgery in which the internal lens in the eye is acclimated. Glaucoma surgery is done to reduce the redundant intraocular fluid pressure. Orbital surgery is specifically considered with the eyelids or route and the lacrimal system.
