Dr. Constance L Fry received his M.D in Medicine (1988) from Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans. For 2 consecutive years, Dr. Fry has collaborated with colleagues at SAMMC (San Antonio Military Medicine Consortium - the combined residency programs of Wilford Hall and Brooke Army Medical Center).
